Onto Coffee is opening our first shop, and we’re bringing Japanese-inspired coffee and sando to Lakewood! We’re passionate about great coffee, warm hospitality, and sharing Asian culture through every cup and bite.

We’re looking for friendly, detail-oriented baristas who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and love creating memorable moments for every guest. If you’re curious, open to learning, and passionate about both coffee and culture—we’d love to meet you!

Craft consistently delicious coffee beverages, from espresso drinks to hand-poured brews, following Onto Coffee recipes and quality standards.
Share your knowledge of coffee origins and flavor profiles—and be excited to learn more, especially about Asian coffee culture and seasonal offerings.
Engage with customers in a warm, genuine way—learn their names, their favorite drinks, and their stories.
Enjoy connecting with people and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Assist with food preparation, including Japanese-inspired sandwiches and other menu items (food prep experience is a plus).
Multi-task with ease, handling drinks, food, cash, and customer service in a busy, energetic setting.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
Be dependable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling (mornings, weekends, holidays).
Work closely with your teammates to keep the flow fun, supportive, and efficient.

$18–$20/hour + tips (because good work deserves good pay).
